Fiscal Year 2013 Outcome Budgeting Guidance Documents

Guidance Documents are direction provided to City agencies for preparing their budget proposals. The Guidance Document is the Results Team’s best theory about what makes the Priority Outcome happen and what strategies will be most effective in achieving the Priority Outcome. It also includes criteria the Results Team will use to evaluate and rank proposals.
