""GET OUT & STAY OUT!! Escape plans save lives!

For the escape plan to be effective, it must be practiced.

  • It must be known by all of the members in your home.
  • Make sure everyone knows where the meeting place is.
  • Plan an alternate exit from all rooms in case the fire is between you and your exit

NEVER go back inside until the firefighters say it is OKAY.

The sidewalk next to a STOP sign is an excellent idea for a meeting place.
