Our team of architects and engineers work to lower the City’s carbon footprint through facility assessments and office consolidations. The Division also works to preserve, restore and increase the efficiency of City’s many buildings by creating facility master plans and designing office space. Our construction managers and inspectors also administrate contracts and manage consultants for more than 400 city-owned buildings. We also maintain the official database of public and private land ownership records.
