Baltimore City's Department of Human Resources has made available the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all city employees and their dependents. EAP provides counseling and referral services to assist employees who are experiencing problems that may impact job performance and quality of life. This division of DHR is staffed by qualified mental health professionals with a variety of clinical experience and training in behavioral health and addictions. The services of EAP are free and confidential.
