January 28 Weekend Road Closures 

O’Donnell Street Closure

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that a portion of eastbound O’Donnell Street will be closed this weekend for utility work. On Friday, January 27, 2012 and Saturday, January 28, 2012, eastbound O’Donnell Street will be closed to through traffic at the intersection of Conkling Street from 6:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. each night. Detours will be in effect and parking will also be restricted in this area during this time.

Motorists traveling in this vicinity are encouraged to use alternate routes.

Greenmount Avenue Closure

This Saturday, a portion of southbound Greenmount Avenue will be closed for utility work. On Saturday, January 28, 2012, southbound Greenmount Avenue will be closed to through traffic at the intersection of 39th Street from 5:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. with detours in effect. Parking will also be restricted in this area during this time.

Motorists traveling in this vicinity are encouraged to use alternate routes.

Eutaw Street Crane Operation

On Saturday, a portion of southbound Eutaw Street will be closed for a crane lift operation. On Saturday, January 28, 2012, southbound Eutaw Street will be closed to through traffic between Lombard and Pratt Streets from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. with detours in effect. Parking will also be restricted in this area during this time. Local access to area hotels will be maintained during this time.

Light Street Crane Operation

This Saturday, temporary lane closures will be implemented along a portion of southbound Light Street for a crane lift operation. On Saturday, January 28, 2012, a double left lane closure will be implemented along southbound Light Street between Redwood and Lombard Streets from 5:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Parking will also be restricted in this area during this time.

Hilton Parkway Lane Closures

This Saturday, temporary lane closures will be implemented along a portion of Hilton Parkway for street lighting repairs. On Saturday, January 28, 2012, lane closures will be implemented along both north and southbound Hilton Parkway between Edmondson and North Avenues from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Motorists traveling in this vicinity are encouraged to use alternate routes.

Jones Falls Expressway Lane Closures

This Saturday, temporary lane closures will be implemented along the Jones Falls Expressway for street lighting repairs. On Saturday, January 28, 2012, left lane closures will be implemented along both the north and southbound Jones Falls Expressway between Fayette Street and the county line from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
