CONTRIBUTE TO THE BALTIMORE POE HOUSE! BUY A RAVEN PRINT!

As many followers of the Poe House and Museum in Baltimore know, this National Historic Landmark has been operated by the City’s Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation (CHAP) for over 30 years. Long funded by the City of Baltimore, the current City budget requires that the Museum must become self-sufficient or face closure.

CHAP, in the Department of Planning, takes pride in three decades of Poe House and Museum stewardship and innovative programming. We are determined to keep the doors open for the public’s benefit and are taking every step to make this possible. In the coming months, the City will complete an “Operating, Business and Finance Plan” for the Museum. This is a significant first step. In the meantime, here are two ways to help keep Baltimore’s Poe House and Museum open to the public:

  1. BUY A RAVEN PRINT!
The Artist “Gaia” made a spectacular gift to the Poe House! A rising star in the art world, “Gaia” generously stepped forward and created a special edition of 100 signed prints of his work THE RAVEN (FOREVERMORE), 2011, being offered for sale to benefit the Poe House and Museum! All proceeds from this sale will go directly to the Poe House and Museum in Baltimore.
Please download the “Gaia’s” limited edition Raven Print and order form
  2. DONATE TO THE POE HOUSE!

If you would like to make a donation to support the Baltimore Edgar Allan Poe House Museum, please send a check or money order to:
