Twitter is also a great way to spread the word about the rape outreach campaign; however you only have 140 characters to do so. It’s encouraged that you use what is called a hashtag to group and help make tweets more accessible. #Rape and #Baltimore are two commonly used hashtags and would guarantee maximum visibility of your rape outreach tweets.
