Lord Calvert Room $200 Library Only $250
First floor of the Government House $350 - $700
Evening Functions - Sunday through Thursday
30 people $350 ‡ 50 people $500 ‡ 75 people $750 ‡ 100 people $1000
Evening functions must conclude by 11 p.m. and caterers must vacate property by 12 midnight.
Friday and Saturday functions - minimum fee of $600
Fee includes banquet space, rental, set up and breakdown of banquet tables and chairs only. Fee does not include any staffing for events. Caterers must provide all china, glass, linen, silver, and staffing for events. Caterers must provide copies of proper licenses and insurance prior to the event. All food and beverages must be purchased from and served by licensed caterer.
Wedding Fees
Wedding Ceremonies and Reception up to 100 people $1000
Fee includes use overnight use of the Bridal Suite, rental of the First Floor of Government House for a 4 1/2 hour function, providing the caterers 2 hours to set and 1 hour clean up, and rental of Government House's banquet tables and chairs.
Wedding Receptions
- up to 75 people $600
- 100 people $900
- 125 people $1200
Fee includes the use of the First Floor of Government House for a 4 hour function, providing the caterers 2 hours to set and 1 hour clean up, and rental of Government House's banquet tables and chairs.
- Fee of $200 per additional hour
- Evening functions must conclude by 11 p.m. and caterers must vacate property by 12 midnight
- No loud music after 10:00p.m.
- Fee includes banquet space, rental, set up and breakdown of banquet tables and chairs only.
- Fee does not include any staffing for events.
