Court Watch programs rely on volunteer members of the public to observe court proceedings on a regular basis. The monitors evaluate the courts from the point of view of those outside the system, and recommend improvements to make the courts more efficient and user-friendly for the average person. The monitors' findings and recommendations are released to court administrators, judges, court personnel, lawmakers, bar associations, civic groups, and the media.

Court Watch - Court watching or monitoring involves observing cases generally to monitor all aspects of the courts system. You can join a Court Watch program to observe Baltimore’s courts and make findings and recommendations about how the courts serve the public.
