Excerpt from recent memo to the Mayor:

Explanation of Memo Excerpt:

The CitiStat team increased the number of park inspections in order to identify and abate play lots in disrepair within the Eastern Safezone area.  The Department of Recreation and Parks responded to the play lot in Mund Park by enlisting the aid of the near-by recreation center to mulch and paint to equipment.  The Department also increased its efforts to repair and mulch play lots across the park system.
