Baltimore City - CitiStat - Take The Tour
The CitiStat room design was purposeful. The focus was to share information with all parties at the same time to facilitate informed decisions.
The Mayor, Deputy Mayors, Director of CitiStat and representatives from Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Labor and the City Solicitor’s Office sit at the panel - facing the Agency head at the podium who is flanked by his or her deputy directors and chiefs.
Images, tables, maps, and graphs are projected on two large screens to the left and right of the podium.
