City of Baltimore - Voting by Absentee Ballot

To vote by absentee ballot you must first fill out and return an Absentee Ballot Application. You can download an application now or pick one up from the Board of Elections. The downloadable application is a PDF file.

How to Vote by Absentee Ballot

After you receive your ballot, vote the ballot and return it to our office before or by 8 p.m. on election day. A ballot received by the county board of elections will be counted provided:
