Under the provisions of Article 2B, Section 10-301(a), an alcoholic beverage license may not be renewed without a hearing when a protest has been filed against the renewal of the license.
All hearings concerning protests of renewal will be held in Room 215, City Hall, 100 N. Holliday Street. If you wish to confirm a hearing date or time, you may contact the Liquor Board at (410) 396-4385. Please note that City Hall security requires all persons entering the building to have a photo identification.
