- Understanding New Record Numbers
Set Up Your New Account
Even if you had an account before, you’ll need to create a new account so your permits and license registrations connect correctly. You will have to connect your new account with the older system to be able to see your permits (permits created before February 3, 2025).
1. Create an Account
Note: If you had an account, you can use the same account information to create your new E-Permits account. If you used ePlans (ProjectDox), you must use the same email account to connect your new account to your previous records.
2. Use the PIN Record Number Process
Use the PIN to connect your new E-Permits account to your current permits or license registrations.
