- 800 Block of Harlem Completed! The 800 block of Harlem included a total of 28 city-owned vacant properties. Upton Renaissance, LLC, was the selected developer chosen to rehabilitate these elegant townhomes and bring new homeowners to the Upton neighborhood. One of DHCD's own was recognized during the completion ceremony for his contributions to the revitalization effort in this area. Learn More
- Hope Village now home to 13 new homeowners! The 1300 Block of Holbrook is now the location of Home Village. These are deeply affordable homes providing ownership opportunities to formerly housing challenged and homeless persons. DHCD conveyed the vacant land for this development and also participated in handing over the last available home to it's new owner. Learn More
