Meet With a Plans Reviewer

If your permit application is filed and in review, you can book a 20-minute meeting with the reviewer assigned to your permit. There is no charge for these meetings. Each reviewer sets their own appointment times, so availability varies.  The booking page shows current openings and lets you book up to 14 days ahead.  Appointments must be made at least 18 hours in advance.  Meetings are held on Microsoft Teams or in person at 417 E. Fayette Street, Room 101.

Meetings are currently available for Architectural and Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical and Plumbing reviews.

These meetings are for discussing your application. They are not approvals or determinations and booking a meeting does not change your place in the review queue.

Steps to Take

1. Find your assigned reviewer.

Log in to E-Permits, open your permit record, and select the Processing Status tab. Expand the review you have questions about to see the assigned reviewer's name.

If your project is in ePlans review, use the reviewer named in your ePlans report instead. The name shown in E-Permits may not be current.

2. Book your meeting.

Select your reviewer by name, enter your permit application number, and choose Teams or in person.
