Video Recorded How-To Sessions - these recordings are from the initial launch of the Accela platform with the City of Baltimore.  These recordings offer a general overview of the Accela system and guidance on the overall system.  Though somewhat duplicative in nature, we posted all of the initial training sessions so users could revisit the session they attended for the best recall.
