Community Catalyst Grants Overview

This program supports neighborhood-based partner organizations in historically disinvested areas.

The City of Baltimore launched the Community Catalyst Grants Program (CCG) to support locally driven community development work. CCG is a competitive awards program that has provided capital funds and operating funds for community-driven revitalization efforts since 2018.

Eligible organizations include community development corporations, neighborhood-based development organizations, umbrella organizations and other neighborhood-based organizations. Eligible projects support locally-driven revitalization initiatives and help advance neighborhood revitalization and transformation.

Please read Notice of Funds Available (NOFA) documents carefully for full eligibility requirements and application guidelines.
