Baltimore City Annual Financial Reports / Annual Comprehensive Financial Report

At the end of each fiscal year, the Bureau of Accounting and Payroll submits an Annual Comprehensive Financial Report to report on the financial standing of the City of Baltimore.  The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report is required by the City Charter and designed to offer citizens and taxpayers transparency around the use of taxpayers' money.  The report also provides a detailed accounting of all expenditures

Entities Doing Business with the City Reports

Each year the Department of Finance publishes a report that details entities that are considered to already "do business" with the City of Baltimore. Entities are considered to do business when a contract, franchise, grant, discretionary award, or economic development agreement has been awarded.  The report is based on activity for the calendar year.
