All lien sheets that are processed from May 15, 2026 through June 30, 2026 will be valid through 6/30/2026 only. The cutoff date to order lien certificates guaranteeing completion by 6/30/2026 is 6/22/26. Read more here.

However, if you want the property location records to reflect your married name, bring a copy of your marriage certificate to the Property Location Unit, Room # 204, Abel Wolman Building, 200 N. Holliday Street, Baltimore MD 21202 so that our records reflect your last name.
