FACETS Report
In December 2019, the City of Baltimore commissioned FACETS Consulting, LLP to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Baltimore City Fire Department (BCFD). This assessment aimed to:
- Identify and address operational challenges
- Improve safety, efficiency, and effectiveness in daily operations
The FACETS Report was completed and released in November 2021.
