At the Department of General Services (DGS), we deliver expertise, innovation, and accountability to help the employees of our partner agencies in the City of Baltimore get their respective jobs done. We maintain facilities that provide safe and healthy workplaces. We procure, repair and service vehicles and motorized equipment. We design and construct new buildings and renovate old ones. We help Baltimore reduce its carbon footprint and manage energy costs. All in all, we work to deliver results that are timely, cost-effective, and sustainable.
