Request For Proposals (RFP) 

The Baltimore City Health Department (BCHD) is now accepting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for HIV Prevention Services. Organizations with innovative, community-centered approaches to HIV prevention are encouraged to apply. 

The proposal deadline is June 16, 2026 by 5:00 p.m.
