BALTIMORE, MD (Tuesday, July 7, 2026): The Baltimore City Health Department’s office at 1001 East Fayette Street, Baltimore, MD 21202, will be closed today, July 7, 2026.
The Baltimore City Health Department (BCHD) headquarters at 1001 E Fayette Street, Baltimore, MD 21202, is closed today due to flooding. Staff assigned to this location have been instructed to implement alternative work site protocols.
The BCHD Permits Office, located at 1001 E Fayette St, will be closed today, due to flooding. The BCHD Permits Office provides food licenses, waste hauler licenses, and applications for aquatic facilities (pools & spas) and tattoo establishments. The Permits Office will temporarily operate from the Eastern Health Clinic at 1200 E Fayette Street, Baltimore, MD 21202, if repairs take longer than anticipated.
