The BCHD Permits Office, typically located at 1001 East Fayette Street, will temporarily operate from the Eastern Health Clinic at 1200 East Fayette Street, Baltimore, MD 21202, beginning Wednesday, July 8, 2026. Services will be available from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm on July 8 in the lobby of 1200 East Fayette Street, and from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm for the remainder of the week. During this period, only checks and money orders will be accepted; credit card payments cannot be processed. The BCHD Permits Office issues food licenses, waste hauler licenses, and applications for aquatic facilities and tattoo establishments.
