Housing Navigators
Effective May 29, 2026, the Housing Navigator services will no longer be available within the Enoch Pratt public libraires however they remain available via community-based providers. Please use the Mayor's Office of Homeless Services Housing Guide to find the nearest Housing Navigation site MOHS Housing Navigation & Resource Guide.
While this specific program is no longer available within the public libraries, our commitment to supporting neighbors facing housing instability remains strong.

Contact the Baltimore City Shelter Hotline to connect with the emergency shelter for the night at (443) 984-9540. The hotline is open 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

In January 2024, MOHS launched the Flex Fund Diversion Program funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). This funding allowed MOHS to provide assistance with housing-related expenses and prevent people from becoming homeless. As of May 31, 2024, all of the funding has been used to help community members in need, and MOHS is no longer accepting applications for the Flex Fund program.
