Overview
About 80% of U.S. employees don’t feel connected to their jobs. This affects customer service, employee happiness, work quality, and company success. To help fix this, the Department of Human Resources created the Office of Engagement and Strategic Partnership. This team helps city agencies improve employee engagement and support their big goals.
