Overview
The LGBTQ Commission exists to advise the Mayor, City Council, and City agencies on matters impacting lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer communities. Subtitle 57 of the Baltimore City Code formally established the Office of LGBTQ Affairs and the LGBTQ Commission to ensure that LGBTQ residents are meaningfully represented within City governance.
