Baltimore is ready to welcome the 5th Annual Charm City Live on Saturday, September 5, 2026! Charm City Live is a free, one-day festival presented by the Mayor's Office of Arts, Culture and Entertainment. The festival brings thousands of residents and visitors together for a day of live music, food, local businesses, family activities, and community engagement in the heart of downtown Baltimore.

Event Highlights

• Headliner performances by Boyz II Men, Estelle, and Case
• DJ sets and music by Porkchop, DJ Tanz, DJ Keebee, Uncle E, and The Vibe Band

In addition to nationally recognized artists, Charm City Live will feature local performers, food vendors, retail merchants, community organizations, City resources, a Kids Zone, and a hiring fair connecting residents with employment opportunities in Baltimore City government.

Road Closures & Event Information

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation advises motorists that temporary road closures and traffic detours will be implemented on Saturday, September 5, 2026, to accommodate Charm City Live at War Memorial Plaza.

Residents should expect temporary closures along portions of:

• Gay Street
• Baltimore Street
• Saratoga Street
• Lexington Street
• Fayette Street

Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, allow additional travel time, follow posted detour signs, and consider alternate routes. Additional traffic information and parking details will be released closer to the event.

The following items will not be allowed inside the festival, so please leave them at home or in your vehicles:

• Weapons of any kind, including mace
• Outside food or drink
• Large bags (if you have medicine, please place in a small clear bag)
• Backpacks
• Professional cameras (GoPros are OK)
• Recording devices
