Description
The Mayor's Office of Older Adult Affairs & Advocacy (MOAAA), in partnership with the Mayor's Office of Children & Family Success, the Mayor's Office of Community Affairs, Baltimore City Recreation and Parks, and the Homeownership and Housing Preservation Division of the Department of Housing and Community Development, invites older adults to attend the Legacy Homeowners Pilot Program for in-person assistance with applications.
Additional Information:
Your property must be at the point of tax sale, owing over $1000 in back taxes. (Having received a Final Bill and Legal Notice from Department of Finance)
- Must be at least 65 years of age
- Must have a household income of less than 73K
- Home Must be valued at less the 250K
- Must be a resident of the property for at least 10 years
