The Mayor's Office of Arts, Culture and Entertainment (MOACE) helps connect artists, residents, and city agencies. We strive to strengthen and celebrate creativity in every form, from public art and festivals to film permitting and nightlife, through logistics and operational support.

Our Mission: Our mission is to support, celebrate, and grow Baltimore's creative community by bridging the gap between city government and our artistic community. We aim to bring the joy of arts, culture, and entertainment to every corner of Baltimore. From public art installations and cultural fairs to city-wide festivals and film screenings, we strive to make arts accessible to all Baltimoreans.
