At the Mayor's Office of Arts, Culture and Entertainment in Baltimore, we are dedicated to fostering an environment where arts and culture flourish. Our mission is to promote and support local artists, cultural organizations, and community projects. We believe that a vibrant arts scene is key to the city's identity and vitality, enhancing the quality of life for all residents and making Baltimore a premier destination for cultural experiences.

What We Do
