Caribbean FestivalThe Baltimore Washington ONE CARNIVAL festival is an annual Caribbean-centric event that draws thousands of spectators and participants to Baltimore, Maryland and the surrounding areas.
Charm City LiveCharm City Live is a free, one-day festival hosted at War Memorial Plaza in downtown Baltimore. The festival features national artists and local-food and merchandise vendors who display and offer goods and services to thousands of attendees.
