Mayor Brandon M. Scott is announcing the appointment of the two leaders to the Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services (MOHS) who will be responsible for implementing an anti-homeless strategy for Baltimore: Irene Agustin, who will serve as Director, and William Wells, who will serve as Deputy Director.
