Overview of Parking Meters
Baltimore City makes parking easy and convenient. You can pay for parking at meters using your phone with one of three apps—Flowbird, ParkMobile, or PayByPhone—or by texting to pay. This page explains your payment options and shows you how to get started.
Pay by Plate Meters
Enter your license plate number at the meter, in one of three mobile apps or by using text to pay. You can print a receipt if you need one, but you don't need to display it anymore.
Mobile Payment Options
You can choose one of three mobile payment apps to pay for metered parking. Registration to each of the service applications is free. Just create your account by clicking on the website name below or via the Google Playstore (Android) or Apple IOS (iPhone) applications.
