Description of Amendment:
Amends Table 12-1403 ("Harford Road Overlay District – Office, Commercial, and Industrial Districts – Permitted and Conditional Uses") to make "Day-Care Center: Adult or Child" a permitted use in the OR-1 district within the Harford Road Overlay District.
