The Department of Public Works (DPW) is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver for stormwater management.

Project Description:

This project proposes to disturb 3.43 acres [or 149,567 square feet] of land and will not increase the amount of impervious area or change the existing drainage pattern. The project will consist of the rehabilitation of the existing Effluent Sand Filtration Building. 

The Applicant has applied for a qualitative control waiver for the project, in accordance with City Code Article 7, Division II, § 23-2.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 3.43 ac of disturbed area within the project will be returned to existing runoff conditions. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative controls for 3.43 ac of this project.
