Harbor Connector – Winter 2026 Service Changes
On March 2, Baltimore City DOT will implement service changes on Harbor Connector Route 2 (HC2) and Harbor Connector Route 3 (HC3).
HC2 will now operate in the mornings from 7:15-11:25 a.m. and in the afternoons from 3:50-8 p.m. HC2 will be out of service from 11:25 a.m. to 3:50 p.m. Additionally, the route will begin serving Maritime Park. In the mornings the route will run from Canton to Locust Point to Maritime Park back to Canton on a 45-minute frequency. In the afternoons, the route will run from Locust Point to Canton to Maritime Park to Locust Point, also on a 45-minute frequency.
Also on March 2, the start time for Harbor Connector Route 3 (HC3) will be pushed back from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. The route will operate between Federal Hill and Pier 5 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday-Friday.
HC1 will continue to operate between Maritime Park and Locust Point from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday-Friday. See the new system map, including the new HC2 route.
Hop on board Baltimore City’s water taxi and cruise around the city for the fun of it. And guess what? It’s all free.
The Harbor Connector (HC) is an extension of the Charm City Circulator (CCC), offering a seamless way to explore Baltimore by both land and water. It is the City’s free, maritime transit service and connects four piers.
Important Note: Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult to ride the Charm City Circulator.

The Harbor Connector does not operate on the following days:
- New Years Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day

The Harbor Connector puts safety first and may suspend operations due to the forecast and/or presence of hazardous conditions (i.e., high winds, overhead lighting, low visibility, etc.). All suspensions will be communicated in real-time through our SMS text alerts system.
