The Baltimore City Department of Transportation (DOT) would like to advise motorists, bicyclists, and pedestrians of the tentatively scheduled weekday lane and road closures for the following activities in the downtown area.
Motorists are encouraged to download the Waze.com app for live detour navigation.
All activities are weather permitting and times are approximate. The DOT is not responsible for providing status updates and this list may not be comprehensive of all roadwork in the downtown area.
Road and Lane Closures for Baltimore Orioles Home Games
The following road and lane closures will be implemented on Tuesday, July 7th starting at 3:30pm, Wednesday, July 8th at 3:30pm, Thursday, July 9th at 3:30pm and Friday, July 10th at 4:00pm for Baltimore Orioles home games at Oriole Park at Camden Yards:
- Hamburg Street from Leadenhall to Paca Streets
- Camden Street from Paca to Howard Streets
- The northbound service lane next to M&T Bank Stadium
Additional downtown lane closures scheduled for the week of July 6 - 10, 2026, include:
Lane closures will be implemented from approximately 8:00pm Monday, July 6th to 1:00am Tuesday, July 7th for a CFG Bank Arena event:
Howard Street left lane closure from Camden to Pratt Streets
Lombard Street right lane closure from Hopkins Place to Howard Street
Baltimore Street left lane closure from Howard Street to Park Avenue
Pratt Street left lane closure from Eutaw to Howard Streets
- Guilford Avenue reduced to one travel lane (full time) between E. Lexington and E. Fayette Streets.
- E. Fayette Street curb lane closure (full time) between Guilford Avenue and Holliday Street.
Charles Street right lane closure (full time) between Pratt and Lombard Streets.
