Traffic Modifications for the Springboks vs All Blacks Rugby Match at M&T Bank Stadium
This Saturday, traffic modifications will be in effect for the Springboks vs All Blacks rugby match at M&T Bank Stadium beginning at 5:00 p.m.
Residents, commuters, and visitors should expect heavy traffic, limited parking, and large crowds downtown near the stadium Saturday for this event. DOT strongly encourages anyone traveling downtown to allow extra travel time and utilize public transportation such as the MTA MARC Train, Light Rail, Metro Subway, local bus routes, and Baltimore’s free Charm City Circulator. MTA patrons can plan their trip at mta.maryland.gov or use the Transit app, and purchase fares through the CharmPass app.
Driving to the stadium: Fans attending the match and downtown events are reminded that all posted parking restrictions and residential permit parking (RPP) regulations will be strictly enforced. Vehicles parked illegally, particularly in RPP zones, will be ticketed and towed. Attendees whose vehicles are towed should call 311 or 443-263-2220 for assistance.
Fans driving to the stadium should utilize commercial garages and surface lots north of the complex and avoid parking in surrounding neighborhoods. DOT strongly advises attendees without an official stadium parking pass to plan ahead and secure off-site commercial parking.
