Our Progress
The Department of Transportation is working to repair and improve sidewalks across the city.
Overview
Most of the work is done by contractor crews. They repair or replace parts of sidewalks that are broken or damaged. They also make updates to help meet ADA rules so sidewalks are safer and easier for everyone to use.
DOT has developed multi-year work plans for pavement and other infrastructure assets. Locations identified for future years are expected to be restored but may change based on available funding, weather conditions, or conflicts with other planned projects.
