Office of the Labor Commissioner: On Monday, February 23, 2026, City Government Offices will be opening at 10:00 am (delayed opening).* Employees beginning work after 10:00 am must use accrued vacation, personal leave, compensatory time, or authorized leave without pay to cover the absence.
Essential employees, and employees designated as emergency essential for the current inclement weather event, must report to work and remain at work, as scheduled, unless informed otherwise by their agency heads/designees, managers or immediate supervisors.
